Don't just believe it,
As you all know last year our church motto was “Blessed to be a Blessing” but this year our new motto is “Higher, Deeper, Further, Knowing The God of the immeasurably more” in Ephesians 3:20.
I think that this means different things to different people. I know I need to be doing and being everything I can for and with God. I want to grow and learn in him, taking steps to develop further as a Christian
We can all grow in God by reading the bible, going to church, meeting with other Christians. We also need to help the people around us to grow in God. If they don’t yet know God we need to help them find him,.
Something that we looked at in youth was that we must live our life to the fullest because our lives on earth are temporary but our life with God is eternal. We need to love God and live every minute of our lives for him no matter how hard that can be sometimes. Within your everyday lives, live for God and show them his love, so they can love him too.

Jesus foretells the future (Part 4) - Matt 24:1-51.
“Then you will be... Persecuted...Many will turn away from me and betray and hate each other. And many false prophets will appear and will lead many people astray. Sin will be rampant everywhere, and the love of many will grow cold. But those who endure to the end will be saved. And the Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it; and then, finally, the end will come.

As we read these verses, we can say it sounds like our day and age
persecution, people turning away from God, false teachings, rampant sin.
But don’t be discouraged by the bad! Be inspired by the good! Be inspired to live in Christ despite the bad! FOR THOSE WHO ENDURE WILL BE SAVED! AND THE GOOD NEWS WILL BE PREACHED… ALL NATIONS WILL HEAR IT!!!
We are living in these days! The end days! Where the truth is being preached around the world, reaching further than ever before!
Let’s not be apathetic and let’s certainly not be those who turn away or are led astray or grow cold!! Let us be a part of the fulfilment, enduring and knowing salvation!
Use your voice, your time and your giving to play your part in God’s plan to the very end!

REMEMBER TO PRAY FOR OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS AROUND THE WORLD
Please pray for:
1. MAF’s Aircraft Engineering Department is seriously short staffed. Pray that the need for 3 aircraft maintenance engineers will be met soon.
2. Uphold the many women who suffer from domestic violence or die in childbirth for want of good medical care.
3. Pray we will soon find someone for the role of Chief Engineer in Bangladesh.
4. Pray for the deteriorating security situation in South Sudan. Renewed fighting has resulted in NGO’S being forced to evacuate from war-torn areas. Give thanks for MAF’s ability to relocate Medair personnel from Leer, and bring vital supplies to affected communities.
5. Pray for the financial needs of MAF and the safety of the MAF pilots, planes and staff.
